Versatile, robust phase separation
The vibrating-screen separator separates liquid and solid fractions using vibration alone. Material passes across a vibrating screen and is divided by particle size. Liquid flows through the screen for collection, while the solid fraction is discharged at the lower end.
The simple design requires little maintenance and is easy to adjust. It achieves a high separation rate even with compact or sticky material. Regulated flow and programmable screen cleaning support a stable process.
