Robust square-chain conveyor with electric drive, hydraulic chain tensioning and automatic chain cleaning. Transfers manure through a fixed or 180° swivelling elevator and can be fully automated with optional controls.
Automatic manure transport with electric drive
The square-chain conveyor complements CRD scrapers by receiving manure as it leaves the building and transporting it automatically to storage through a fixed or swivelling elevator.
Robust drive system

Flexible installation
The manure scraper moves material to the end of the passages. The elevator can be fixed and anchored to a low wall or portal structure, or swivel through up to 180°. Available lengths are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 metres.
The 60 × 40 × 4 drive chain runs in a collection channel measuring 2 × 40 cm wide and at least 30 cm deep. The depth can be increased to 45 or 50 cm. Frames with 45° or 90° angles guide the chain safely around bends.
Automatic control
The control cabinet is housed in an IP55 enclosure. Automatic start, timer operation and frost protection are available as options.
