Slatted-floor scraper
Lightweight, programmable scraper for slatted floors. The fully galvanised design is easy to install, requires little maintenance and is suitable for passages up to 8 metres wide, with very low operating costs.
Thorough cleaning of slatted floors
The CRD slatted-floor scraper cleans slatted flooring efficiently without damaging the slats. Programmable operation keeps floors clean automatically several times a day.
The straight scraper is fully galvanised, CE certified and 150 mm high. Widths from 2 to 8 metres are available for cattle buildings, while 1 to 3 metre models suit rabbits, calves and ducks.
Purpose-designed construction
A rubber flap is securely clamped between the scraper’s two tubes. Four side flaps at the ends ensure close contact and thorough cleaning. Cleaner slatted floors improve the building environment and help reduce health risks.
Choice of rope or cable
- Patented rope: repairable without knots and available in 10 or 12 mm diameter. Maximum breaking load is 12.5 tonnes for Ø 10 mm and 16 tonnes for Ø 12 mm.
- Stainless-steel cable: 7×19 construction, available in 8 or 10 mm diameter. Maximum breaking load is 3.4 tonnes for Ø 8 mm and 5.3 tonnes for Ø 10 mm.
Reliable drive system
Two winches move the scraper smoothly: one winds in the rope or cable while the other pays it out.
