The screw-press separator handles a wide range of materials from biogas plants, industrial processes and sludge streams. A hopper with buffer tank, a self-regulating back-pressure membrane and specially developed screws provide stable, continuous operation.
The treated 304 stainless-steel screw presses the solid fraction through a high-quality 316 stainless-steel screen basket. This separates liquid and solid fractions efficiently and can produce solids with up to 30% dry matter.
