Rotary chain scraper
Quiet, energy-efficient chain scraper for straight and complex building layouts. The fully galvanised system negotiates several bends in each passage, automates manure removal and saves time.
Quiet, durable and energy efficient
The rotary CRD chain scraper automates manure-passage cleaning even in complex building layouts. It can negotiate several bends from 0° to 90° in each passage and supports transfers to another passage or side discharge.
The fully galvanised, CE-certified scraper is 250 mm high and available in straight, U-shaped or V-shaped designs. It can be driven by either a marine chain or square chain.
Flexible control
Electrical operation is available manually or through timer programming. Multiple control units can manage between 1 and 8 passages.
Automatic frost protection
Optional frost protection activates below the selected temperature threshold. The scraper then runs for 10 seconds every 15 minutes to prevent freezing.
Safe end-position system
The scraper stops automatically at the end of the passage. Detection options include a mechanical switch, a magnetic sensor embedded in the concrete or a proximity sensor. The proximity sensor keeps routes clear for animals and farm machinery.
Available options
- Brush strip: for concrete flooring.
- Rubber lip: for thorough cleaning while protecting rubber mats.
- Cattle-manure grid: supplied in a 1,000 mm length and cut to size.
- Horn and warning beacon: available separately or together.
