Peristaltic pump

Self-priming peristaltic pump for controlled transfer of a wide range of liquids, including those containing solids. It operates in both directions, installs quickly and requires very little maintenance.

Efficient transfer of agricultural wastewater

The CRD peristaltic pump transfers liquid wastewater from storage facilities to treatment or reuse locations. The pump uses a rubber hose and two pressure shoes mounted on a wheel. A choice of sizes and capacities allows the installation to be matched to each application.

How the peristaltic pump works

The pressure shoes compress the rubber hose, creating successive pressure waves that move the liquid in a controlled flow. The medium does not come into contact with the pump’s mechanical components. This makes the system suitable for reactive, abrasive and viscous liquids while reducing contamination risks.

Reliable agricultural wastewater management

The pump handles liquids containing solid particles without readily blocking or becoming damaged, making it well suited to agricultural applications.

Simple, low-maintenance operation

Because the liquid only touches the hose, maintenance requirements are low. The hose is the only wear component and can be replaced quickly. Materials are selected for durability and chemical resistance.

Flexible installation

The pump integrates quickly into new or existing systems. Different flow and pressure configurations allow it to be matched precisely to the process.

Key benefits

  • self-priming operation;
  • smooth pumping in both directions;
  • suitable for a wide range of liquids, including those containing solids;
