Manure vacuum robot – Aspi’

Autonomous Aspi’ manure vacuum robot for a clean livestock building around the clock. Travels at up to 10 m/min on gradients up to 8%, uses 300 W and combines a 350-litre manure tank with a 70-litre stainless-steel water tank.

Autonomous manure removal, around the clock

The CRD Aspi’ is a fully automatic manure vacuum robot for cattle buildings. Regular floor cleaning improves hygiene and animal comfort while saving valuable labour every day.

Robust, animal-safe construction

  • stainless-steel construction;
  • protected laser sensors and automatic guidance using two lasers;
  • polyurethane splash guards and ARDOX front skid;
  • rounded edges and puncture-proof wheels;
  • removable arms and a working width of 1,400 mm.

Dimensions and capacity

  • Length: 1,500 mm
  • Width: 1,600 mm
  • Height: 670 mm
  • Required clearance beneath barriers: 700 mm
  • Capacity: approximately 120 dairy cows per robot, depending on configuration, charging and discharge locations, and required cleaning quality.

Simple control and notifications

The robot can be controlled remotely and programmed from a PC or smartphone. Wi-Fi is required throughout the working area. Notifications can be sent by email and/or SMS, while a separate discharge valve makes emptying straightforward.

Quiet, flexible warning system

Aspi’ operates quietly and has a switchable siren. Optional settings allow different day and night operation or activation only at selected locations. Noise levels are 60 dB at 1 metre and 54 dB at 10 metres.

Optional docking station

A robot-controlled docking station can automate filling, emptying, charging and flushing of the water system.
