Versatile hydraulic scraper for cattle and pig buildings. Suitable for concrete and rubber flooring, easy to install and safely programmable. Available in 150 or 250 mm models for passages from 1 to 10 metres wide.
Reliable, regular manure removal
The CRD hydraulic scraper is suitable for cattle and pig units, cleaning passages on concrete or rubber flooring. It can be operated manually or run through a fully automated programme.
Three galvanised, CE-certified designs are available: straight, U-shaped and V-shaped. Together they cover passage widths from 1 to 10 metres.
Flexible installation
The guide rail can be recessed into the floor or mounted onto existing masonry, making the system easy to integrate into both new and existing livestock buildings.
Safe, automated control
- The IP55-rated hydraulic drive can operate up to four passages.
- Electrical control is available manually or by timer, with multiple drives controlling 1 to 8 passages.
- Adjustable frost protection activates when the temperature falls below the selected threshold.
- An end switch stops the scraper through a 0/24 V switch or a magnetic sensor embedded in the concrete.
