Hydraulic lifting hatch that opens automatically as the scraper approaches. The system supports efficient manure removal, keeps the building accessible and safely covers the discharge point.
Automatic hydraulic lifting hatch
This hydraulic hatch opens automatically when the scraper reaches the discharge point. The hydraulic lifting system raises the hatch so manure can be removed. After the scraper passes, the opening is safely covered again while access through the building is maintained.
Hydraulic power unit
- 1.1 kW electric motor, 220/380 V and 1,500 rpm;
- gear pump with 2.7 cm³ displacement per revolution;
- 10-litre hydraulic reservoir;
- valve block with 120 bar pressure limiter;
- 20 litres of oil.
